The web site www.moonfertility.com and the web shop found on the web site (the “Web Shop”) are run by MOON Fertility AB, a legal entity incorporated in Sweden with company registration number 559071-0009, Medicinaregatan 8A, SE-413 90 Göteborg (below referred to as ”MOON Fertility”). The use of ”we”, ”our” and “us” below, refers to MOON Fertility.
If you are below 18 years of age you need permission from your legal guardian to place an order in the Web Shop or subscribe to products from our Web Shop. By placing an order in the Web Shop, you accept these general terms and conditions (the ”General Terms and Conditions”).
MOON Fertility reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions. Any changes that MOON Fertility makes will enter into force no earlier than thirty (30) days after the revised General Terms and Conditions have been made available in the Web Shop.
In order to be able to purchase and/or subscribe to products from our Web Shop, you need to register an account with MOON Fertility, and accept the User Terms for such account. You will find the User Terms at https://www.moonfertility.com/en/user-terms.
Please note that in order to be able to use the product MOON Salinity you must have an Apple iOS device with at least iOS 9 and download the MOON Fertility Application. You can download the app at Apple App Store.

3 ORDERING ETC.
When submitting your order or sign up for a subscription on products from the Web Shop, MOON Fertility will confirm your order/subscription by sending you an confirmation of your order/subscription to the e-mail address that you have provided to us at the time of your placing of the order/signing up for the subscription. The confirmation will among other things contain information on cost for your purchase/subscription, time for delivery and shipping information. Please check that all information set forth in the confirmation of your order/subscription is correct. If you notice any incorrect information, please contact MOON Fertility as soon as possible.
MOON Fertility reserves the right to not accept your order/subscription.
4 PRICES AND CHARGES
All prices shown in the Web Shop include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), but exclude delivery charges (see information on delivery charges below). As for subscriptions, the delivery charges are included in the monthly price.
MOON Fertility reserves the right to change the prices of the products sold in the Web Shop at any time and without any notice. Price changes will not apply for products already purchased by you, but may affect the price of your monthly subscription. For more information regarding price changes for products that you are subscribing to, please see below under Section 10 (Subscriptions).
Unless otherwise stated, periodic sales and/or campaign offers are valid as long as the products are available in stock and/or until the end date of the periodic sale and/or the campaign offer is reached.
MOON Fertility reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, should we find that the price is incorrect. In such a case, we will notify you by e-mail to the e-mail address that you have provided to us at the time of your placing of the order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the Web Shop, MOON Fertility will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order.
Applicable delivery charges
Applicable delivery charges depends on what kind of delivery you choose, delivery address and the weight of the package to be sent to you. The applicable delivery charges, for your order, will be shown in the check out in the Web Shop.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Discover) as well as payment through Klarna (www.klarna.se).
Credit and debit cards
The applicable amount will be debited directly from your card when you submit your order. The transaction is processed by our collaboration partner, Stripe Inc. (www.stripe.com), in order to ensure fast and secure payment which meets relevant security requirements. MOON Fertility does not save your card details. All information is encrypted using client-side encryption and sent to Stripe Inc. via secure servers.
MOON Fertility reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value, and whether the address data that you have provided correlates with the address data of the credit or debit card. MOON Fertility may refuse orders depending on the result of these controls.
MOON Fertility reserves the right to check the validity of the Klarna account that you use for payment. MOON Fertility also reserves the right to check that there are enough funds to cover your purchase and validate the billing address details that you have entered. The applicable amount will be reserved on your Klarna account immediately in connection with your placement of your order but will not be debited until your package is dispatched.
MOON Fertility’s aim is to always deliver your purchased products as quickly as possible. If the products that you have ordered are available in stock, the delivery time is normally 10 business days from the time that you receive an order confirmation from us. If the product that you have purchased is not available in stock or delays are caused due to other circumstances, delivery times may be longer. Some of the products are manufactured upon you submitting your order, such as MOON Salinity, thus the time for delivery will be set taking into account the time needed to manufacture the product.
When you sign up for a subscription, you will choose time of monthly delivery. For more information regarding time of delivery of the products that you are subscripting to, please see Section 10 (Subscriptions).
Packages are sent with PostNord Sverige AB or DHL. You will get a text message or notification via regular mail when your package is ready for collection at your local PostNord/DHL service point, or information about time for delivery to your delivery address.
If your package is lost, you need to contact us as soon as possible so that we can initiate an investigation with our delivery service partner.
7 UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If you do not pick up your purchased product at the applicable service point, MOON Fertility will charge you for the actual costs for freight charges and return freight charges.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product or from the day you received the last product in an order of several products. You can exercise your right to cancel your purchase immediately after your purchase and do not need to wait until you have received the purchased product. You can invoke your cancelation right by sending an e-mail to us to email@example.com in which you state that you would like to invoke your cancelation right. You may also use a standard form to exercise your right of cancellation, which you can find on the respective National Board for Consumer Policies’ website (in Sweden: www.konsumentverket.se).
To cancel your purchase you need to fill in the return form included in your package and specify what product that you are returning. If you have lost your return form, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be informed that you need to return the products at your own expense and without undue delay and no later than within fourteen (14) days from the time you notified us that you wanted to use your cancelation right. When possible, MOON Fertility kindly asks you to return your purchased product in its original packaging even if this is not a requirement in order for you to be able to return the product.

MOON Fertility will refund what you have paid, including the delivery charges. However, if you choose to cancel only part of your order, MOON Fertility will not refund any delivery charges, since the same charges apply no matter how many products you order.
The refund will be made as soon as possible and within fourteen (14) days from MOON Fertility’s receipt of your message regarding cancellation, provided that MOON Fertility, by this date, has received the product that you would like to return or that you have provided MOON Fertility with proof of that the product being sent to MOON Fertility. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card or the Klarna account used for placing the order.
Please be informed that you are responsible for any damage or loss of the product you are returning during the transportation of the product back to MOON Fertility.
Your right to cancel your purchase as described above does not apply for sealed packages (e.g. tampons) for which the seal has been broken by you.
Please note that MOON Fertility will not compensate you for the return freight or delivery charges.
Please note that if your handling of the product that you are returning has resulted in a decreased value of the product due to handling to an extent beyond what is reasonable, MOON Fertility will make a deduction of the refund corresponding to the amount of the loss of value of the product.
9 FAULTY PRODUCTS
In the event of a faulty product, please contact MOON Fertility as soon as possible after you noticed that the product that you have purchased from the Web Shop is faulty, by e-mail to email@example.com. Please note that you need to report the fault within reasonable time, after you discovered it. If you notify MOON Fertility within two (2) months from the date of your discovery of the fault, you have reported within reasonable time.

When MOON Fertility has received the product, MOON Fertility will decide on whether or not the product is faulty. In the event of the product being faulty, MOON Fertility will, as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days from the date of MOON Fertility’s receipt of the product, either repair the product, send you a new faultless product or give you a refund of what you have paid, including delivery charges. If the product is faulty, MOON Fertility will compensate you for any return freight and delivery charges.
Please be informed that you stand the risk for the return transportation of the product to
MOON Fertility meaning that you are responsible for any damage or loss of the product you are returning during the transportation of the product back to MOON Fertility. In light of this, we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products. MOON Fertility recommends that you always save the receipt until the return of your product has been completed.
Some of the products available in the Web Shop are available for subscription. The products available for subscription may vary over time. You can choose what products you want to subscribe to. The products chosen by you, will be delivered to you once every month until you cancel your subscription (please see below regarding cancelation of your subscription). The monthly price includes delivery charges.
Monthly date of delivery will be chosen by you.
You may change the products to be included in your subscription up and until a minimum of 25 days before the date of delivery.
Payment for the subscription is made by credit or debit card only. Your credit or debit card will be charged when the products included in your subscription are dispatched from MOON Fertility.
MOON Fertility reserves the right to change the price for products that you are subscribing to at any time. Should MOON Fertility change the price for a product included in your subscription, you will receive such information by email sent to the e-mail address provided to us when you sign up for the subscription, 30 days in advance, allowing you to change the products included in your subscription.
You may at any time cancel your subscription with 30 days’ notice by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This means that your subscription will end 30 days after MOON Fertility has received your cancellation of your subscription.
What is set forth in these General Terms and Conditions regarding “order” shall also be applicable regarding subscriptions, such as terms regarding Unclaimed Parcels (7) Cancellations (8) and Faulty Products (9).
11 MOON SALINITY
Please note that in order to be able to use the product MOON Salinity you must have an Apple iOS device with at least iOS 9 and download the MOON Fertility Application.
12 PRODUCT RELATED INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS ETC.
Some of the products sold in our Web Shop, such as the MOON Salinity, come with detailed information and instructions regarding the use of the products. It is very important that you read and adhere to such information and instructions.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the means of communication that you use (e.g. computer, smart phone, e-tablet or other device). The cookie enables us to identify you as a user of our Web Shop, recognize you (anonymously) when you return to our Web Shop, in order to, among other, remember what products that you have placed in your shopping basket in our Web Shop, customize the content in the Web Shop with the basis of information on your previous browsing, interests and preferences, and speed up your eventual searches. By visiting our Web Shop and by having your web browser in your device set to allow cookies, you accept and agree to receiving cookies from MOON Fertility and MOON Fertility’s partners. 15 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
In order to be able to use and place an order in the Web Shop by making use of your device, there could be certain technical requirements. You may, for example, need to install certain software, such as a regular web browser. If your device does not meet the technical requirements, you will, via pop-up boxes or similar, get information about what software or the like that you will need to install in order to use and to place an order in the Web Shop.
16 CONTENT AND COLORS ETC.
Although MOON Fertility strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing in the Web Shop, errors may occur. We can furthermore not guarantee that colors in the Web Shop will be true to life, this depends partly on the color settings of your computer and the settings of your monitor.
MOON Fertility’s aim is that the Web Shop shall work satisfactory at all times. However, the Web Shop is provided as it is and with the quality it has.
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions or part thereof be void or invalid, the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall remain in force and the provision may be amended to the extent such invalidity materially affects the rights or obligations of you or MOON Fertility under these General Terms and Conditions.
19 FORCE MAJEURE
In case of force majeure (e.g. war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events) the contract between you and MOON Fertility can be partially or fully terminated by MOON Fertility.
20 GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Contact us on email@example.com if you are dissatisfied with the products that you have purchased from the Web Shop. If you cannot come to a solution with our sales support that you are pleased with, you can turn to your local Board for Consumer Disputes (in Sweden, the Sweden National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden), address: The National Board for Consumer Disputes, P.O.
